Error reports and service requests concerning municipal buildings, industrial halls and rented buildings

You can send an error report or a service request concerning municipal buildings, industrial halls and rented buildings for example if:

• There is a defect in the structure or equipment of the property
• There are shortcoming in cleanliness
• Concerns about slipperiness in the yard
• Heating or ventilation does not work
• Lighting does not work
• Or you notice any other problem or issue that need attention

Urgent notifications

Urgent cases are those which pose an imminent danger to people and/or the property. These situations can be for instance water and sewerage leaks or electricity malfunctions.

In urgent cases, please contact:

• For properties and industrial buildings in the municipality of Pielavesi, the property manager on duty or if the matter is related to water supply, the water utility manager on duty:

• As for the rented buildings: Hirvasoja Oy on call duty
• Or if necessary, call the general emergency number 112.
